City Administrator Bill Skare officially told the Council he is retiring at the end of the fiscal year. Stines says he will seek proposals from search firms to aid the Council if finding a new Administrator. He also talked about the presentation received by the Council from Holly Stecker, Main Street Director. Aired Tuesday, February 04, 2025.
