
The Ogden volleyball team opened both the 2026 volleyball season and West Central Activities Conference play Tuesday, August 25, with a hard-fought three-set loss to Pleasantville.
The Bulldogs fell 26-24, 25-17, 25-23 at Pleasantville High School.
Ogden received offensive production from Ella Anderson and Sidney Crane, who each recorded six kills.
Olivia Coleman and Macy Bristle also had 4 kills each.
Anderson also recorded 11 assists and added a block while Hallie Bristle added 4 assists.
Olivia Coleman and Macy Bristle chipped in four kills apiece for the Bulldogs.
At the net, Crane led the defense with two blocks, while Anderson added one.
In the back row, Coleman led the Bulldogs with nine digs.
Melana Sesker contributed eight digs, and Kenzie Banks finished with five.
Coleman was a perfect 9-for-9 from the service line ,and she recorded two ace serves.
Crane and Sesker each added two aces.
Ogden begins the season at 0-1 overall and 0-1 in conference play, while Pleasantville improves to 1-0 overall and 1-0 in the conference.
The Bulldogs travel to Irwin-Kirkman-Manilla-Manning High School Tuesday, September 1, for a quadrangular featuring host IKM-Manning, Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton and Arcadia-Westside-Vail.
