10:37 AM Sheriff Godzicki arrested Jacobe Tracy, age 22 of Boone, in the 1000 block of W. Mamie Eisenhower Ave. on an active Story County arrest warrant. Tracy was booked into the Boone County Jail.
12:47 PM Deputy Spencer took a report of trespassing in the 1400 block of 230th St.
12:52 PM Deputy Spencer took a report of littering in the 2300 block of 230th St.

1:01 AM Deputy Hilsabeck arrested Troy Williams, age 46 of Marshalltown, at the Marshall County Jail on an active Boone County arrest warrant. Williams was booked into the Boone County Jail.
7:49 AM Deputy Spencer took a report of criminal mischief in the 2100 block of 220th St.
9:41 AM Deputy Spencer assisted a motorist at 160th St. and Nature Rd.
2:06 PM Deputy Spencer took a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Luther St. in Luther.

10:45 PM Deputy Hilsabeck charged a 17 year old juvenile in the 1700 block of 240th St. with operating while intoxicated first offense, possession of alcohol under the legal age and possession of tobacco or vape under the legal age. The juvenile was referred to the juvenile courts and released to a guardian.
11:47 PM Sergeant McCrea assisted a motorist in the 1900 block of 230th St.

5:54 AM Deputy Hilsabeck took a report of a motor vehicle accident in the 800 block of L Ave.
