The Ogden girls basketball team took an early lead and never looked back as it defeated Greene County, 66-29, on Monday, December 2, in Jefferson.
The Bulldogs led, 22-11, at the end of the 1st quarter and extended that lead to 33-15 at the half.
Ogden was ahead 44-22 at the end of the 3rd quarter and ended up winning the game, 66-29.
Jordyn Crossman led the Bulldogs with 37 points. She made 14 field goals, 4 3-pointers and 5 free throws.
Paysen Graden scored 12 points on 5 field goals, 1 3-pointer and 5 free throws while Crace Christensen scored 7 points on 3 fields goals, including 1 3-pointer.
Crossman led the team with 4 assists while Graden and Dakota Jones had 1 assist each.
Again, Crossman led the Bulldog defense with 10 rebounds and 7 steals.
Kloey Current recorded 7 rebounds and 2 steals, and Anna Wilson had 6 rebounds and 2 steals.
Ogden improves to 1-1 on the season while Greene County falls to 0-2.
The Bulldogs next travel to Perry to face the Bluejays at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 5.
