Tilly Sweet added a hit and two RBIs, while Samantha Springer had two hits, a run scored, and two RBIs.
Surratt tossed a complete-game shutout, striking out six batters to seal the victory.
Madrid 9, Glidden-Ralston 4
The Tigers’ offense stayed hot the night before in a 9–4 road win over Glidden-Ralston Friday, May 29.
Brown delivered three hits, including two doubles, and two RBIs.
Ashlyn Burkhart collected two hits, scoring twice, and drove in three runs.
Sweet chipped in with another two RBIs.
Surratt went the distance and finished with five strikeouts to earn the win.
Madrid picked up two wins in a doubleheader against Earlham, showing both offensive balance and pitching depth Thursday, May 28.

In game 1, Surratt had two hits, including a double, while Brown added two hits and an RBI.

In game 2, Burkhart recorded two hits, a run, an RBI, and a stolen base.

Madrid 11, Coon Rapids-Bayard 0 (4 innings)
The Tigers overwhelmed Coon Rapids-Bayard in a shortened four-inning contest, winning 11–0 Wednesday, May 27.
Burkhart powered the offense with two hits, including a double, two runs, and three RBIs.
Hailey Renslow added a hit, scored once, and drove in two runs.
Surratt struck out five as Madrid rolled to the early victory.
Woodward-Granger 6, Madrid 4
Madrid fell, 6–4, to Woodward-Granger at home Tuesday, May 26.

Surratt struck out seven in the loss.
Now sitting at 5–1, Madrid will travel to face Panorama (1–2) tonight.
