DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has updated information concerning the following possibilities for severe storms and heat. The strongest storms are expected over northern Iowa. Heat will impact much of the state. Two rounds of storms: overnight and early Monday morning and again Monday evening (this is the stronger round of storms). Heat will peak Monday afternoon.
