BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 79-year old Robert Lee McNair of Boone, Iowa and the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Central Christian Church in Boone, Iowa. Burial will be held in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Boone, Iowa. Military Honors will be conducted by the Boone Veterans Council.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone, Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Memorial Chapel at that time.
Visitation Tuesday will be held at the Central Christian Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m.
In memory of Lee, memorials may be directed to the Boone County Historical Center or towards scholarships at DMACC Boone Campus or the scholarship fund at Central Christian Church in Boone.
