BOONE, Iowa—Stuck at home with your school age children and looking for something to occupy their time. The Des Moines y Camp in Boone County has begun releasing Facebook videos on a daily basis to give parents something to do to occupy their children’s time. Alex Kretzinger, Executive Director, and Kyle Beach, Outdoor Education Director talked about the project on KWBG. They are also collaborating with other Y Camps and other agencies like the Ericson Public Library in Boone, even though it’s closed presently, they’re still providing many online resources.
