BOONE, Iowa—The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has issued a Tornado Watch for Southwest into Central Iowa until midnight tonight. Boone County is included in the watch. A Flood Watch remains in effect until Wednesday afternoon.
