DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has provided updated information concerning extreme heat and humidity and several chances for severe storms. Heat is expected across much of Iowa, with severe storm potential in north tonight and much of Iowa Wednesda through at least Thursday.
