Tori McCay, Boone County Coordinator, YSS Kids Club talks about the success of Kids Club and how that’s led to it’s growth. There are four sites at Boone County Schools, Boone, Madrid, Ogden, and United. There are another five sites in Story County. He describes how the original piano became a victim of the weather even though much was done to preserve the instrument. He also talks about the beginning of enrollment for spring semester, just getting underway. The first event was last April and Turkeys from 911 was selected to receive the proceeds. The next Boone 100’s Club gathering will be Wednesday, October 18th. Aired Thursday, October 12, 2023
