The Boone boys cross country team finished 10th Monday, September 28, at the Ogden meet held at Don Williams Park.
Riverside of Oakland captured the team championship with 49 points, followed by Ankeny Christian Academy with 76 and Earlham with 111.
South Hamilton finished fourth with 147, while Grand View Christian rounded out the top five with 149 points.
The Toreadors finished with 242 points.
Austin Felder led Boone, placing 35th overall with a time of 19 minutes, 10.20 seconds.
Kam Lehman was next for the Toreadors, finishing 42nd in 19:25.71.
Jonathan Myers placed 54th in 19:50.17, and Ace Wolfgram was right behind in 56th place with a time of 19:55.86.
Pearson Lampe completed Boone’s scoring five, placing 69th in 20:47.56.
Calvin Cook finished 71st in 20:51.80, while Caleb Bartlett was 79th in 21:13.49.
Samuel Chesnut placed 81st in 21:15.10, Samuel Hanna was 95th in 21:50.17, and Payce Crandall finished 114th in 23:54.12.
