Eli Stines, Boone Mayor talks about the recent Boone City Council meeting. A plan to sell a parcel of property was pushed back when a second bid was received for the property. Stines said the council will accept sealed bids then hold a second public hearing for the sale of the property. He also talked about a deer survey done by the police department with their drone. The deer count was 81 confirmed deer, south of first street between South Marion Street and South Marshall.
